They did this by running a 1 month campaign where they gave out small discounts and extra freebies as rewards when customers bought dinner at the food hall. These rewards could be redeemed after 5pm.
Throughout the 1 month long campaign, Nivy tested a creative for their app install campaign. Even though they didn’t intend to acquire new users, they ended up with 589 new install at a cost of 1 EUR per install.
