We are welcoming Christian Recalcati as Strategic Advisor at Emplate

With the recent years of growth, our customers today are spread across ten different countries and two different continents. This has led to a change of perspective for us, the co-founders. Our focus and thoughts are no longer local, we need to think internationally to support our customers in the best possible ways right now and in the future.

Our growth plans and ambitions for the future are high and we are ready to take on the next big challenges in the market and with our customers. Today, our colleagues represent 11 different nationalities, so our change of perspective started some time ago. But on a more strategic level we need to learn from people who are smarter than us in order to really understand our market, its' dynamics and its' opportunities. We do have great advisors in place already and an outstanding investor supporting us in all aspects of doing international business, but with that said, we are proud to now introduce Christian Recalcati as Emplate new Strategic Advisor.

Christian is currently MD of Sportium, one of the leading Italian design companies specializing in Sports Destinations.  

Christian has been working for more than 30 years in the shopping centre industry setting up successful businesses in and outside of Europe, actively participating in the development of some of many high-performing shopping centers.

His competences cover market research, leasing, property asset management. Thanks to his past role as Head of EMEA retail property management for one of the most important real estate consultancy companies worldwide, he has had the chance to get familiar with many markets and to create an important network with developers, investors and retailers.

His experience and knowledge of different markets and the capability of understanding specific clients' needs will help Emplate in constantly improving our products, position in the market and boosting our business world wide.
